My interest in the position of Customer Service with Administrative Tasks. I've worked as a customer service representative for two years, during which time I've developed my abilities to manage administrative tasks effectively and deliver great customer service. My past employer which is the Teleperformance, where my job responsibilities are answering inquiries from customers, finding solutions to complaints or issues, making sure i resolved their complaints. By actively listening and communicating well i was able to do my job properly. By helping with administrative duties like data entry, appointment scheduling, and record keeping, I also maintain my organizational and multitasking skills. My ability to accomplished task sucessfully and efficiently in using office software helps me to reduce operations and enhance overall performance inside the team I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my abilities meet the needs of your team in more detail.
