These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all users (defined as “users”, “you” and “your”) that access and use the contents and services provided on JOB.PH (across desktop, mobile, tablet and apps and including any subdomains) (“the Site”).

Your access to and use of the information, materials and services provided on this Site is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the Terms.

The Site is owned by Billiba and operated as JOB.PH (in this document referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”).

Your continued use of this Site will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms by you.

Access to and use of the contents and services provided on the Site shall be subject to the Privacy Statement and these Terms. If you do not accept either or both of the Privacy Statement and/or the Terms, please do not join, access, view, download or otherwise use any services offered by JOB.PH via the Site. By your continued use of the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Statement and the Terms and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions. JOB.PH reserves the right to amend, add to, delete or revise the Privacy Statement and the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Information for personal, non-commercial use only

You agree that information contained on this Site is for personal use only and may not be sold, redistributed or used for any commercial purpose (‘commercial purpose’ includes, but is not limited to, the use of advertiser contact details for unsolicited commercial correspondence).

You may download material from this Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this Site, including code and software. You must not use this Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

You may not use data mining, robots, screen scraping, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on this Site for establishing, maintaining, advancing or reproducing information contained on our Site on your own website or in any other publication.

You acknowledge and agree that information published by JOB.PH is intended to provide general information in summary form on market insights, legal and other issues. JOB.PH does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of such information. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise and other information provided through the Site or on the Internet generally. In no event will JOB.PH be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you or anyone else in reliance upon any information contained on or omitted from the Site.

Job Content

The jobs surfaced in JOB.PH’s search results, or linked from those results, have been created either using third parties’ content over which JOB.PH exercises limited or no control or are posted directly by third parties using the Site. JOB.PH’s job search results are indexed in an automated manner and JOB.PH does not review, critique or screen the jobs. JOB.PH assumes no responsibility for the content of any job listing or website that is either included in JOB.PH’s search results or linked to by JOB.PH. JOB.PH does not endorse or recommend any of the jobs, business or self-employment opportunities advertised on its Site and JOB.PH strongly recommends that prior to entering into any agreement with any of the Advertisers on the Site, that you obtain your own independent legal, accounting, financial or taxation advice as appropriate.

Our rights to use information you send us

JOB.PH welcomes ideas and feedback from you about all aspects of the Site. You agree that JOB.PH may reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, and publicly display any materials and other information (including ideas for new or improved products and services) that you submit to any public areas of the Site (such as bulletin boards, forums and newsgroups) or by email to JOB.PH. The JOB.PH services, and all materials, information, products and services included in the JOB.PH services are provided “as is,” with no warranties whatsoever. JOB.PH expressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights. JOB.PH disclaims any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of the JOB.PH services. JOB.PH disclaims any warranties for any information or advice obtained through the JOB.PH services. JOB.PH disclaims any warranties for services or goods received through or advertised on the JOB.PH services or received through any links provided by JOB.PH, as well as for any information or advice received through any links provided in the JOB.PH services.

You understand and agree that you download or otherwise obtain material or data through the use of JOB.PH services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall JOB.PH be liable to any user on account of that user’s use or misuse of or reliance on the JOB.PH services. Under no circumstances shall JOB.PH be liable to any user for any claim relating to recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, (even if JOB.PH have been advised of the possibility of such damages). Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from use or misuse of and reliance on the JOB.PH services, from inability to use the JOB.PH services, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of the JOB.PH services (including such damages incurred by third parties). This limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of other services or goods received through or advertised on the JOB.PH services or received through any links provided in the JOB.PH services, as well as by reason of any information or advice received through or advertised on the JOB.PH services or received through any links provided in the JOB.PH services. This limitation shall also apply to the costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, lost profits, or lost data. Such limitation shall further apply with respect to the performance or non-performance of the JOB.PH services or any information or merchandise that appears on, or is linked or related in any way to, the JOB.PH services. General Terms of Product

Featured Jobs” and “Company Logo” shall be collectively referred to “Product”.

All logos and content are subject to approval from JOB.PH. We reserve the right to reject any logo or content that we deem unsuitable for the Site.

Advertisers must provide any image and/or logo specifications as per the Product specifications that can be provided upon request.

Cancellation, refund or deferment of a trial or plan is not permitted unless otherwise agreed mutually by both parties.

Featured Jobs may appear at the top of a search results page where the candidate search results query matches that of the Advertisers Job Ad or otherwise on the search results page. Where there is no set search query JOB.PH site will randomly allocate the Featured Jobs for the search.

General

If any part of this agreement is held invalid that part shall be severed from this agreement and the remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable. Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.

JOB.PH reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time without notice.

The laws governing these Terms will be the laws in Kolding, Denmark, Europe and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction the courts of Kolding.
