Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) and provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
    Issue Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot customer issues, resolve complaints, and proactively find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information, educate customers, and assist with product recommendations and troubleshooting.
    Order Processing: Process customer orders, verify details, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment while coordinating with relevant departments.
    Communication and Documentation: Maintain clear and concise records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system. Communicate internally to address customer needs and collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
    Quality Assurance: Adhere to established customer service procedures and quality standards to consistently deliver exceptional service and meet or exceed performance metrics.
    Customer Retention: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, upsell products or services, and contribute to customer retention efforts.
    Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve customer service processes, systems, and overall customer experience. Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest solutions for process enhancements.
    Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment.

 

  • Qualifications and Skills:
    Bachelor’s Degree
    Fluent in English 
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
    Customer Service Experience is a plus
    Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
    Has empathy and patience in handling customer concerns and complaints.
