Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Makati. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, financial statement preparation, and tax compliance.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, financial statement preparation, and tax compliance
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA certification is a plus
- Experience with Japanese clients is a plus
