I also have a foundation in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I am a detail-oriented and adaptable individual who enjoys solving problems and learning new technologies. During my internship at Direc Business Technologies Inc., I worked on an HRIS portal project and gained hands-on experience in web application testing and quality assurance. I performed functional, exploratory, and regression testing on employee requests, time-in/time-out, announcements, forms, navigation, and other application workflows. I documented defects with reproduction steps, screenshots, and severity notes, retested fixes, and validated that user inputs and transactions were properly recorded. I also gained exposure to automated web testing using Playwright and developed a better understanding of software quality, troubleshooting, and application reliability.
