I most recently worked in a pharmacy where we showed love and care to our patients. In addition to dispensing their medications, I also provided appropriate counseling. As a result, I am respected as a knowledgeable decision-maker in the community and an effective problem-solver who can use customer service and conflict-resolution techniques to help patients with their problems.
In addition, I took care of administrative duties like returning calls from patients, refilling their prescriptions, and responding to questions on our stock availability.
